NIA arrested Vikas Singh, a key associate of Lawrence Bishnoi, for harbouring members of the Bishnoi terror syndicate involved in various criminal cases, including the RPG attack on Punjab Police's Intelligence Headquarters. Singh revealed he sheltered the perpetrators of the attack in Uttar Pradesh. The investigation also revealed connections to other targeted killings, including the murder of Punjabi singer Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu Moose Wala. NIA has arrested 15 accused and charged 14, including Bishnoi, in the terror-gangster conspiracy case.
